The workbook is a digital product, so refunds are limited to access and material product issues.（Last updated: May 1, 2026）
Refund eligibility
Etsy POD Pricing Workbook is a digital product. Refunds are available within 14 days if the file cannot be accessed or a material workbook error prevents normal use.
What is not covered
Refunds are not available for buyer's remorse after successful access, changes in business strategy, or disagreement with editable pricing assumptions, unless required by law.
Payment handling
Payments are handled by Paddle. If you request a refund, include your purchase details so the order can be located and reviewed.
Review process
Refund requests are reviewed based on the purchase record, access status, and the issue described by the buyer. If approved, the refund will be processed through Paddle to the original payment method.
